Dr. Candy H. Ratliff is the President and CEO of the National Institute for Social and Emotional Development, Inc. Dr. Ratliff has taught in primary, secondary, and postsecondary institutions. She holds the following credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor Board Approved Supervisor (LPC-S), Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART). Social and emotional learning, trauma, social justice, supervision, public education, cultural influences on development, and pathology are among her educational and research interests.
